The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Administrator – Maritime & Corporate to join our elite Shipping & Yachting Department. Reporting to our Senior Associates and Partners, you will provide essential administrative, regulatory, and transactional support that keeps the world’s vessels moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Malta Ship Registry Excellence: Daily interaction with Transport Malta for provisional and permanent registrations. You'll handle everything from drafting forms to procuring ship log books.
- Corporate & Compliance Liaison: Managing filings with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and assisting with client onboarding and regulatory inspections.
- Administrative Support: Preparing engagement letters, handling departmental invoicing, and maintaining the Firm’s billing software.
- Transactional & Closing Support: Providing high-level logistics for ship finance deals, including gathering signatures and arranging for notarization/apostille of vital documents.
- Registry Coordination: Occasional attendance at government offices to ensure the seamless filing and collection of documents.
Your Profile
- Organized: You love a good system and never miss a detail.
- Communicator: Your written and spoken English is top-tier.
- Agile: You enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced legal practice and can manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive: You don't just wait for instructions; you anticipate what the registry or the client needs next.
- Asset (but not required): Previous experience with vessel registration or MBR filings is a plus, but we provide full training for the right high-energy candidate!

About the Role
Dingli & Dingli Law Firm is looking for bright, ambitious Junior Tax Professionals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to take over an existing practice area with a clear, supported path to a senior role within the Firm. Whether you are a Qualified Lawyer or Accountant, if you have some experience in tax and the drive to become a specialist in tax, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Technical Advisory: Preparing client advice on all taxation spectrum including personal taxation, Corporate Tax and VAT matters.
- Practice Growth: Taking ownership of the existing tax practice and identifying new opportunities to expand our services.
- Opinions: Contributing to the drafting of formal tax opinions on cross-border structures, corporate setups, relocations and personal taxation.
- Staying Ahead: Diving deep into local and EU tax changes as well as to follow tax developments in other EU member states with a view to keep the firm and our clients prepared.
- Liaison: Keeping an open and professional line of communication with the local tax authorities.
- Internal Briefings: Taking on the role of knowledge collector and disseminator, preparing clear in-house updates to keep our legal teams informed.
Qualifications
- A degree in Law or Accountancy.
- Some experience in a tax-focused role (legal or audit) is essential.
- We are looking for someone who isn't just looking for a job, but a career. You should be keen to learn, dive into technical details, and eventually to lead the practice.
- A strong command of English and the ability to break down complex rules into clear, practical advice.
