Angelique joined Dingli & Dingli Law Firm as a Legal Intern in 2024 and forms part of the Corporate Department. She assists on a range of corporate matters, including company formations and liquidations, share transfers, legal due diligence, and the drafting of shareholder agreements.
Angelique is currently in the final year of her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Malta and is writing her dissertation entitled “Addressing Flaws within the Fourth Ground of Review under Article 469A (Chapter 12 of the Laws of Malta) – A Legal Analysis,” which examines shortcomings in the fourth ground of judicial review whilst critically analysing the judiciary’s interpretation of this provision and proposing reforms.
She has a strong academic and professional interest in Company Law, Trust Law, as well as Administrative Law.
