To drive our expansion, we are seeking talented and experienced lawyers to join our dynamic Corporate, Taxation and Financial Services teams at our centrally-located Valletta office.
This is a key client-facing position where you will become a trusted advisor, reporting directly to the firm's Partners. You will work collaboratively across departments in a supportive and ambitious environment.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to a diverse client portfolio.
- Manage complex transactions from inception to completion, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all necessary documentation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support client needs and firm objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities and other relevant bodies.
Who We're Looking For:
- Fully warranted lawyers with a minimum of four years of specialized experience in Corporate, Taxation and Financial Services.
- Driven professionals, passionate about building long-term careers in the chosen field.
- Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at meeting tight deadlines.
