The subject programme has just been launched under the auspices of Malta Enterprise and the Malta Residency Agency. This is intended to provide an opportunity and support for those non-EU nationals who chose Malta as their country of relocation and residence for purposes of launching their innovative start-ups and scale-ups with innovative operations in Malta.

A number of eligibility criteria apply.

Once satisfied, support with the Maltese Authorities would be available primarily but not exclusively in the form of lucrative enterprise establishment measures from Malta Enterprise and support with the immigration process and longer term residence permits for the  founders/co-founders, core employees and their respective immediate family members.
