The Convention between the government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Malta for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has been brought into force via Legal Notice 345 of 2017.

The Convention affords relief from double taxation in relation to tax on profits of enterprises and personal income tax, which taxes are imposed on behalf of a Contracting State.
